Samia Chelbi is a tech educator and ecosystem innovator with over 25 years of experience in

3D game development, immersive technologies, and digital transformation. She is the founder

of Netinfo, the DigiArtLivingLab (D.A.L.L.), and the CREATEC Association, through which

she advances creative entrepreneurship and youth empowerment in Tunisia and beyond.

As an Unreal Authorized Instructor and Women in Games Ambassador, Samia develops and

leads training programs in collaboration with Epic Games, UNESCO, and the EU. She also

heads CREATIVE_HUB under CONECT, where she supports policies and partnerships that

grow Tunisia’s innovation ecosystem. Her work bridges education, culture, and technology to

build inclusive and future-ready talent.
